Straight answers
Can I return a personalized gift?
Custom items can't be returned for a change of mind, because they're made just for you. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not matching your approved proof, send a photo within 14 days and the studio remakes it free or refunds you in full. Read the full policy.
What if my photo isn't good enough?
We check every photo before printing and reply within 24 hours. If it's too dark, blurry, or cropped, we'll tell you exactly what we need or how to retake it. You're never charged for a photo that can't be used.
Do I have to approve a design first?
For portraits, blankets, and socks, yes: nothing prints until you approve your digital proof. Simple photo mugs can skip the proof unless you ask for one. Full details are on the process page.
Where do you ship?
All 50 US states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping is free over $50, otherwise $4.95 flat, and every order goes out with tracking. We don't ship internationally yet.
Who am I buying from?
From our partner studio, the seller of record for your order (they're the merchant shown on your payment and receipt). Heartpet is a promotion agency: we showcase the gifts, run the photo checks and proofs, and stay in the loop, but we never sell, charge, or produce. Your contract, payment, and after-sales all sit with the studio. Read who does what.
