How ordering works
Four steps, no account, no surprises. You approve a digital proof before anything is printed, and production time only starts once you do.

Submit your photo
Pick a gift and tell us via the contact page, then email your photo to support@petgiftstudio.com. JPG, PNG, or HEIC straight from your phone is perfect.
Within 24 hours we run a free quality check: sharpness, lighting, resolution, and crop for the product you picked. If the photo won't print well, we tell you exactly what to retake, and nothing is ever charged for a photo that can't be used.

Confirm your design (if a proof applies)
Portraits, blankets, and socks always get a digital proof within 1 business day. You can request changes, and simple requests like a crop or text tweak are turned around the same day. Nothing prints until you reply "approved".
Simple single-photo mugs are the one exception: the layout is automatic, so we skip the proof unless you ask for one at checkout.

We make it happen
When your design is approved, the partner studio, seller of record for your order, sends you a payment link. Your money goes directly to them through their secure checkout; it never touches Heartpet. That payment is also what starts the clock on production.
The studio prints to order, 1-5 business days depending on the product (each product page lists its exact time), and hand-checks every piece against your approved proof before packing.
Every item is made to order, so the studio keeps no stock and nothing sits in a warehouse.

It ships to you
The studio dispatches with tracked delivery to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Standard transit is 3-7 business days after production; expedited is 2-3. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, the studio remakes or refunds as seller of record, and we chase it with you. The details live in the shipping policy and returns policy.
Typical timeline for a portrait
- Day 0: you order and send your photo
- Day 1: quality check + digital proof in your inbox
- Day 1-2: you request changes or approve
- Day 2-7: production (3-5 business days)
- Day 5-14: tracked delivery to your door
