Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Who ships: shipping is performed by the partner studio that makes and sells your gift as seller of record; Heartpet coordinates and keeps you updated. Where this policy says "we", that means the studio acting as seller.
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to US territories or military (APO/FPO) addresses at this time.
Processing and transit times
Every item is made to order. "Production" below starts when you approve your digital proof, not when you check out.

Costs
- Standard shipping: free on orders over $50, otherwise a $4.95 flat rate per order.
- Expedited shipping: $12.95 per order.
- Alaska and Hawaii: same rates; add 1-2 business days to standard transit.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the facility. If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 30 days (standard) or 15 days (expedited) from ship date, we consider the parcel lost: we remake and reship your order, or refund you in full, your choice.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship exactly where you tell us to; a wrong address entered by you isn't covered by a free remake, though email us quickly and if the parcel hasn't shipped we'll fix it for free.
Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS.
