What Heartpet is (and isn't)

Heartpet is operated as a marketing and promotion agency. We are the team behind this showcase, and that is all we are: Heartpet does not sell goods, does not process payments, does not produce items, and never takes custody of your money or your gift. We present the products, run photo quality checks, coordinate your design proof, and help you get answers fast. We work with a roster of vetted partner studios; whichever studio fulfills your order is its seller of record and appears as the merchant on your payment and receipt.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as the authorized or exclusive agent of any brand or platform. When a product here says "custom", we mean made to order from the photo you send. That's the whole claim.

Who does what on your order

Promotion & coordination

Heartpet. This site, product presentation, photo checks, proof coordination, and support routing.

Seller of record

Our partner studio for your order. The sale contract is between you and the studio; they are the merchant on your receipt and bank statement.

Payments

Collected by the studio through its secure checkout. Your payment goes directly to the studio. Heartpet never touches it.

Production & shipping

The studio prints, quality-checks, packs, and dispatches every order.

After-sales

The partner studio as seller of record, with Heartpet support routing your issue. One inbox for you: support@petgiftstudio.com.

Our promises, in plain words

• Everything listed here is something the partner studio actually makes today. If they can't, we don't list it.
• You approve a digital proof before anything prints. Always (except simple photo mugs, which we'll proof on request).
• If it arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, the studio remakes it or refunds it, and we chase it with you.
• Your photos are used to make your order, and nothing else, unless you explicitly say yes to more.
• If your photo can't print well, we tell you before you pay anything.

Why custom pet gifts

Because the best pet photos usually sit in camera rolls doing nothing. Turning one into a blanket, a pair of ridiculous socks, or a canvas over the fireplace is a small thing that lands big.

Every gift on this site is one our partner studio makes to order, checks by hand, and ships from a real photo a real person sent. Want to talk to a human first? Contact us. We answer within 1 business day.
