Who you're dealing with

This website is operated by Heartpet, a marketing and promotion agency ("Heartpet", "we", "us").

Heartpet is not the seller. We do not sell goods, do not process payments, and do not produce items, and we are not the authorized, exclusive, or official partner of any brand unless explicitly stated. Every purchase is a contract between you and the partner studio that is the seller of record for your order (the merchant shown on your payment and receipt). These terms cover your use of this website; the studio's sale terms govern your purchase, and the policies on this site describe how they fulfill it.

How an order works here

You request a gift through this site; Heartpet checks your photo, prepares your proof, and sets up the order. The studio then sends you a payment link: payment is collected by the studio through its secure checkout, and your statement shows a charge from the studio. Heartpet never receives, holds, or refunds your money. All prices are in USD and are set by the studio.

Custom products and proof approval

Every product is made to order from files you supply. The digital proof you approve defines the agreed appearance of the product and authorizes the studio to begin production. Once you approve a proof, production begins and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled (see the returns policy).

Your photos and content

You confirm that you own the photos you send or have permission to use them, and that using them doesn't violate anyone's rights. You grant Heartpet and the fulfilling partner studio a limited license to use those files solely to prepare, produce, and ship your order. We may decline or pass on any request involving content that is illegal, infringing, or hateful.

Delivery

Delivery terms, timelines, and scope are described in the shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Warranty and liability

As seller of record, the studio warrants that each item will match your approved proof and arrive undamaged; if not, the studio remakes or refunds it as described in the returns policy. The studio's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and neither the studio nor Heartpet is liable for indirect or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heartpet's responsibility is limited to this website and the coordination services it describes; it is not liable for the sale, the product, or delivery, which are the studio's obligations.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Your purchase contract with the studio is governed by the terms the studio provides with your order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above the policy body.
